Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and photos of the item to begin the return or exchange authorization process.

  Prepare for Pickup

  Carefully repackage your furniture in its original crates or packaging to ensure it remains protected during its journey back to our studio.

• 3.
  Schedule Transit

  We will coordinate with our specialized white-glove furniture carriers to schedule a convenient time for the item to be collected from your residence.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned piece at our studio, we will process your refund or ship your replacement item within 5-7 business days.
